Abramoff's Republican Friends

Republican liars who have not only met Jack Abramoff but taken his bribes have formed a support group, Abramoff's Anonymous. Some members: Sen. Conrad Burns (R-MT); Rep. John T. Doolittle(R-CA); Rep. J.D. Hayworth, (R-AZ); House Speaker Dennis Hastert, (R-IL); RNC Chairman Ken Mehlman; Rep. Bob Ney (R-OH); Former Christian Coalition leader Ralph Reed, (R); White House deputy chief of staff Karl Rove, (R). Abramoff did not give one dime to Democrats no matter how many times right wing media states the lie. This is a REPUPLICAN CORRUPTION SCANDAL, no matter how the talking heads try to spin it on Cable Gnus. They're lying to their viewers. Abramoff is an admittedly partisan Republican. He hates Democrats. Why is the media lying? They're owned by the right wing.
Raw Story reports that Vanity Fair will have this interview with Abramoff in its next issue.

"Most lobbyists meet with a committee chairman, staff, a few members. We'd meet with the whole leadership of the House and Senate, the entire committee on both sides, then create a roster of who might ideologically support the idea and get them in the war. We'd get people firing constantly on the decision-makers. And we'd outwork everyone in the media. Most Washington lobbyists are lazy, people of limits, people who move glacially slow. I felt my job was to go out there and save the world. I thought it was immoral to take someone's money and not win for them. And we basically didn't lose."

On Senator Conrad Burns (R-MT), who received $150,000 in campaign contributions from Abramoff and associates:

"Every appropriation we wanted [from Burns' committee] we got. Our staffs were as close as they could be. They practically used Signatures as their cafeteria. I mean, it's a little difficult for him to run from that record."

Newt Gingrich pontificated(WaPo) on the scandal but forgot there are pictures. They are all hypocrites. The House has been controlled by Republicans since Newt's lying "revolution" fooled people into voting in their own worst interests. Let's not forget Grover Norquist's connection to Abramoff. White House face time for clients...for a price. A tangled web of deceit. Crooks now control all branches of our government. Abramoff and Scanlon,(De Lay's former aide) laundered money and had legislation altered and written in favor of their clients, to hell with the American taxpayers and the Constitution. Jack Abramoff pleaded guilty to corruption embezzlement and bribery in January, 2006, but doesn't think he belongs in jail. He feels he should instead "teach at an inner city school". The Vanity Fair article shows what an arrogant asshole he really is.
Abramoff's Political donations to Republicans. (NO Democrats!) The sunuvabitch bilked tribes out of at least $66 million dollars but the MSM focused instead on Harry Reid (D-NV).
