Condi plays bad cop in foreign affairs, allowing idiot boy to joke around and be the good ol' cowboy with foreign leaders. Later this month she's headed over to South Korea to spread tough diplomacy "plans" on missile tests.


Condi spat out the thug line ...Stalinist Commie N. Korea is making the entire world "concerned".
"There has been a very strong response to their actions. So whatever the motivations, whatever they thought they were doing, they have gotten a strong reaction from the international community," Rice said.
