Bush is a Big Fat Liar, of Course

As a matter of fact, we will win in Iraq so long as we stay the course —Bush, July 11, 2006.
What the hell is wrong with Bush's handlers? Have they simply decided to send him out with bald faced lies and a smirk? Oh, right, nothing's changed. Bush claims "We've never been stay the course" on Iraq, a blatant lie, and Steffi the wonder dog didn't pursue it.

STEPHANOPOULOS: That's exactly what I wanted to ask you about because James Baker says he's looking for something between --
BUSH: Cut and run --
STEPHANOPOULOS: -- cut and run and stay the course.
BUSH: Listen, we've never been stay the course, George. We have been -- we will complete the mission. We will do our job and help achieve the goal, but we're constantly adjusting to tactics.
STEPHANOPOULOS: And that's exactly --
BUSH: Constantly.

Where's the "But you and your henchthugs have used that phrase again and again, how can you say that?" and "You're telling lies again, Mr. Bush!" No, not from Steffi the whore, no such real questions from that little skunk. Speaking of "We will complete the mission" didn't that happen three years ago? Bush will say and do anything to keep his disgusting party in power.

Just some staying of the course...(far too many to post)
Bush "We will stay the course"
Snowjob ..."you've got to stay the course"
And, yet, we must stay the course, because the end result is in our nation's interest.
U.S."Will Stay the Course" in Iraq, Bush Says
Stay the course, no matter what.

Further illumination of the cretin-in-chief's lack of character...

Bush:"I Have Not Read One Book About Me"
BUSH: George, I have not read one book about me. I read a lot of books this year. But not one about myself. You know, I just — I feel uncomfortable reading about myself. It’s — it’s hard for you to relate, I think. But my — I’m still in the midst of my presidency. And people are writing books about my presidency. It is so myopic in many ways. The true history of my presidency won’t be reflected until way after I’m gone.
STEPHANOPOULOS: But you don't think there's anything you could learn from these books in real-time?

BUSH: No.

And he's not in the least bit curious? The history of his presidency is already there for all to see. It's criminal. Bush and his band of thieves have repeatedly broken the law and then re-written the laws to fit. He's the worst president ever. And Helen Thomas would know! Hearings by Christmas I say!

An accidental morsel of truth....
Alberto Fernandez, director of public diplomacy in the Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs at the State Department offered an unusually candid assessment of America's war in Iraq.

"We tried to do our best but I think there is much room for criticism because, undoubtedly, there was arrogance and there was stupidity from the United States in Iraq," he said.

"We are open to dialogue because we all know that, at the end of the day, the solution to the hell and the killings in Iraq is linked to an effective Iraqi national reconciliation," he said, speaking in Arabic from Washington. "The Iraqi government is convinced of this."
