He hears the voices, he talks to families who die and to his higher Father. He knows how hard it is for them to put war on their families. He's a psychopath.
He's a callous messed up excuse for a human being. Psychiatry is his only hope. He can see a shrink in jail.

That's right AED, sociopaty is not curable. As for his other crossed wires I would normally recommend lobotomy as everyone, including the Shitboy, would be a lot happier if he was in a closet somewhere drooling in a shoe. But alas, we can't ignore his crimes so no lobotomy.
It's up to the war crimes tribunal to decide his fate. Maybe a spin in Jeb's 35 minute lethal injection gurney would be acceptable. I would lobby for that.
